We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving 
your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be undamaged and 
returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email 
us at info@core-pal.com with your order number. We will provide 
you with a return address and a prepaid shipping label.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of 
approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your 
original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Contact
us immediately at info@core-pal.com with your order number.

Price Adjustment
If you notice a lower price on your purchased item within 24 hours 
of placing your order, contact us at info@core-pal.com and we will 
refund you the difference.

Damaged or Wrong Item
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, 
damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@core-pal.com 
so we can make it right.
