Shipping and Delivery — CorePal

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery to the US takes 6-10 business days after 
your order is processed. You will receive a tracking number by 
email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for 
tracking information to update in the system.

In rare cases tracking information may not update immediately 
but your order will still be delivered. If you have not received 
your order after the estimated delivery window contact us at 
info@core-pal.com.

Shipping Origin
We ship orders from our US warehouse whenever stock is available. 
If an item is temporarily out of stock in the US, your order will 
be dispatched from our nearest available fulfillment center to 
ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Address Changes
You may change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing 
your order. Contact us immediately at info@core-pal.com with your 
order number and the correct address. We cannot guarantee changes 
after the order enters processing but we will do our best.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.
