All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
3. Pricing, Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed to customers in Canada are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Your payment method may be authorized or charged when your order is placed or processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, product availability, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery to Canada is 6–10 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped, where tracking is available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
CorePal is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Where applicable, customs duties, import charges, or other fees imposed by Canadian authorities or carriers may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To request a return, contact us at info@core-pal.com and provide your order number and any information requested to process your return.
Products must meet the eligibility requirements described in our Refund Policy.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete return instructions and conditions.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that you may be legally entitled to under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
